Catarina Brandão is Assistant Professor at Faculty of Psychology and Educational Sciences (FPCEUP), University of Porto. Presently, Coordinator of the Organizational, Work and Social Psychology area of the Integrated Master course in Psychology (2016/2018). Founder and head of the Organizational Psychology and Human Resources Unit at FPCEUP. Has published several papers on Leadership, Human resource systems, Organizational development, and Qualitative research, namely using QDAS.
